Finley Sweater

Ever since my first Laundromat/Lost Horizons sweater years ago, I keep buying more for my family and myself because they are excellent. They are very soft, warm, very functional, and look great! They last very well. They are on the pricier side, but absolutely worth every penny.

The fleece lining is very soft and this sweater is warm and cozy. The large hood and deep pockets are a really nice touch as well.

I bought this sweater hoping for something cozy and warm, and it did not disappoint. The fleece lining is very soft with large pockets and hood for extra comfort. I would definitely recommend the Finley sweater.

I purchased an XXL sweater. It fits as described. The sweater is warm and comfortable. While the type, look, and feel of the sweater are good, I have provided a 4-star review for the following reasons:

1. While the outside of the sweater is wool, and the interior of the hood and body of the sweater is fleece, the sleeves are not lined with fleece. There is a slippery synthetic material used in the sleeves. This was not anticipated or shown in the listing article, as the listing says it is fully fleece lined. The material allows ease of putting on the sleeves of the sweater, but this information should have been provided.

2. Stitching at the ends of the sleeves, ends of the sweater, and at the pockets that connects the wool and lining are coming undone. I have had to sew multiple areas to prevent the materials from separating. This should not occur with an expensive sweater, and, while a relatively easy fix, should not be required within two weeks of purchase. There is a defective product warranty where the company will reach out and coordinate the repair of the garment, or a return.

Overall, despite the flaws, I enjoy the sweater. The largest concern for me is the pulling stitches when looking at the price point, however, the great customer service and prompt response when the concerns were brought up show the company is willing to stand by their product.
